Living Posters

... are ultra thin wall mountable 'animated' posters that are back lit in sequences using the latest developments in electroluminescence (EL) technology

Each poster is divided into a number of sections that are illuminated by computer aided EL foils which can be dimmed and switched on and off respectively in sequences. For individual customisation, the intensity, cycles and timing of this 'animation' can be programmed differently for each poster. The computer aided parts allowing this are built in to the poster itself.

Through the use of EL technology, the brilliant and homogenous illumination gives an unusually high contrast to each poster making them appear 3D like. As each poster virtually comes to life, the eye of the viewer is magically drawn by the sequences allowing the "movement" to transfer the advertising message in a unique target-oriented manner.

Living Posters are available from A4 size for indoor locations to larger 'bus shelter' sizes which can be located outdoors. Due to the technology involved, the posters are normally no more than 9mm thick, allowing them to be wall hung or placed on surfaces without the need for building into walls or display surfaces.

As noted above, living posters are resistant to shock and vibration and insensitive to temperature and humidity changes. In addition, through the use of EL technology, no heat is generated (known as cold illumination) and normally only a standard 240V connection is needed.
